Peninsula Family Service relies on a vast network of donors, volunteers, and partners to help maximize our impact and bring us closer to our vision of securing opportunity, financial stability, and wellness for all. Realizing that goal depends upon our combined commitment to promoting the health and well being of our community. Whether you volunteer your time, lend your insights, work collaboratively, or invest financially, you mobilize Peninsula Family Service to become more impactful, sustainable, and capable of creating the systemic change our region needs to thrive.

about us option 2Invest
Last year, nearly 700 individuals, foundations, and corporations contributed more than $2 million to support essential early education for at-risk youth, stabilize low-income families, and improve quality of life for local older adults. Our donor’s passions and backgrounds are as unique as the ways in which they lend their support. From vehicle donations to stock transfers, there are countless ways to strengthen our community. Volunteer
From our nation’s largest corporations to local high schools, Peninsula Family Service draws on a diverse group of dedicated volunteers that provide unique skillsets, tireless enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to our mission of strengthening the community.

We ask individuals interested in volunteering in our classrooms or as Senior Peer Counselors to consider a long-term commitment that provides consistency and stability to our participants–many of whom have experienced trauma.

We can accommodate small-  to medium-sized volunteer groups on weekdays at a handful of our sites. Please contact our Donor Relations Coordinator, Rachel Monaco, for more information on group projects or any other volunteering opportunities.
